Auditor's reports and opinions

Dutch law stipulates that certain juristic acts require an accompanying auditor's report or opinion. The accountants at deWaardKramer are fully qualified to issue such reports.

When is an auditor's report or opinion required?

  • financial statements: opinion on whether the financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of a company
  • assets brought into a business: sole proprietorship into private limited company (BV) - obligation to pay up shares
  • insured interest: specification of the interest in question
  • business restructuring: merger and demerger declarations
  • grants and subsidies: opinion on the legitimacy of how grants and subsidies are spent, etc.
  • specific elements of the financial statements, such as turnover, tax payments, wages and salaries bill.

On request, deWaardKramer's accountants can also prepare research reports for projections and other factual findings.
