General terms and conditions
deWaardKramer tax consultants cannot accept liability for its activities, with the exception of any claims for compensation accepted under the firm's professional liability insurance.
The activities of deWaardKramer accountants are subject to the "Model General Terms and Conditions" laid down by the Royal NIVRA and lodged with the Registry of the District Court of Amsterdam under number 117/1197.
