Because of her background in notarial law, Evelyn's work focuses to a large extent on inheritance law and inheritance tax.
She also specializes in estate planning and various aspects of the law of legal persons, such as the incorporation of private limited companies (BVs), share transfers and other civil-law matters.
In the tax sphere, her main interest - besides inheritance tax - is income tax.
